Summer Programs & Dance Camps

2012 Summer Intensive:  July 9 - August 3

CBTB's Summer Intensive is a four week program designed for students with some prior dance training. Interested students must attend a placement audition. Each day students will be trained in ballet, pointe, variations, modern, composition and repertory.

The 2012 Summer Intensive ran from July 11 - August 5 with a total of 15 students participating.  In addition to the in house performance at the end of the program, CBTB academy students performed at The Brooklyn Public Library, Brooklyn Borough Hall, Kings Plaza Mall, and for the pre-game show at a Brooklyn Cyclones game at MCU Field.

2012 Summer Beginnings:  August 6 - 10

Summer Beginnings is a week long program tailored for students with little or no dance training. Students will enjoy a fun filled day of ballet, modern, jazz and composition.

Summer Saturdays 

Six consecutive Saturdays in July and August with classes for our younger dancers, as well as adults and teens.  Creative Movement (3-4 year olds), Pre Ballet/Dance Fundamentals (5-7 year olds), Modern/Jazz 1 for children, Modern/Jazz for Adults & Teens and BalletFit for Adults & Teens.

2011 Saturday Dates:  July 7, 14, 21, 28 & August 4 & 11
