About the Artist:
KATE REYES (Martha Graham Dance Company Apprentice) is a graduate of Marymount Manhattan College, where she received her BFA in Dance. During her time there she performed works by Jacqulyn Buglisi, Trey McIntyre, Elizabeth Roxas-Dobrish and Yin Yue. Kate has received further training from Fiorello H. LaGuardia HS, The Martha Graham School, The Taylor School, and Manhattan Youth Ballet. Upon graduating college, Kate joined the Graham 2 company in 2020 where she performed roles from Martha Graham’s pieces, Lamentation, Spectre, Appalachian Spring, and Satyric Festival Song. Kate Reyes is an alumni of Covenant Ballet Academy.
