The Training Program is a 10-month program for children 8 years and older. Students new to the academy with no experience in ballet will be placed in the beginner level, while those who have some experience in ballet need to schedule a placement audition before enrolling in a training program course. Coursework includes ballet, modern, jazz, pointe, men's class and partnering (as appropriate for level). All students ages 8 and older are required to participate in end-of-year ballet assessments adjudicated by the Artistic Director and faculty in order to determine progress and advancement. Students are divided by level of experience.
